There are a lot of gyms out there. Very few have a tight-knit community as we do.
Kris Fabbri started Sh;ft because their story was the same story many of our clients face. They too had to overcome all the obstacles that keep people from living a healthy life.
No gimmicks. No corporate nonsense. Just a fellow survivor of this chaotic life who is determined to help every person find a higher quality of life through greater mental + physical health.

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.
We are excited to offer water and enhanced water with electrolytes with our Bevi drink machine.
Every workout is designed to help you feel stronger, more empowered, release stress - and connect with other people in our community.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Our class programming includes the ideal trifecta of strength, cardio and yoga/meditation. Our cycle classes are based on mood and emotion, strength combines elements of balance and are core infused, and the yoga classes will be yin style with an emphasis on the mind/body connection.
Absolutely not! At Sh;ft, we believe that life is about enjoying the things you love, and finding that balance means working out to feel strong and uplifted - and eating foods that you love, that nourish your body AND your mind. No food should ever be off limits, and it's important not to let the societal traps of guilt around the diet culture ruin the bonds that we form enjoying meals with other people - or by ourselves!
Mental health starts with physical health, community, and empowering experiences together. Time to Change the Cycle!
